I never imagined I would be writing a blog.
Certainly not a daily one.
I am no different than anyone else.
I love to write, but for too long, fear kept me silent.
What if no one read it?
What if no one cared?
What if people thought it was about self-promotion?
Then one day, I decided to speak.
Not on a stage. Not with a microphone.
Just with words on a page.
And something unexpected happened.
Those words began to travel farther than I ever thought they could.
They are read tens of thousands of times every month across all platforms.
There is rarely a day that goes by when I do not receive a heartfelt direct message from someone saying that day’s post was exactly what they needed to hear.
That is not me.
That is clearly God.
I share that not to boast.
I share it because I am humbled.
It reminds me that fear nearly kept me from something God clearly wanted to use.
Fear says stay quiet.
Fear says your words will not matter.
Fear says you are not qualified.
But God can take what feels small and carry it farther than we ever dreamed.
And maybe that is for you, too.
You do not need to write a book.
You do not need a platform.
You do not need a publisher.
You just need to open your mouth and speak.
In your living room.
At your workplace.
On the phone with a friend.
Or even in a post like this.
The world needs more light, more positivity, more Jesus.
Because truth matters.
Words matter.
And someone is waiting to hear yours.
Proverbs 18:21 says, “The tongue has the power of life and death.”
That power is in your hands.
Or more accurately, in your mouth.

The Lord didn’t give us a spirit of fear. From my personal life, I dealt with a spirit of fear and it devastated me. I kept all the doors locked, blinds closed, etc. then one Saturday at a little prayer service, the Lord freed me from that spirit.
